2005 Saab 9-2X Aero, finished in Desert Silver Metallic with a black and white interior. This 9-2X is equipped with the desirable 5-speed manual transmission. Factory equipment includes the Premium, Sport, and Cold Weather packages, all-wheel drive, dealer installed Lamco auxiliary gauges, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, an AM/FM audio system with 6-CD changer, automatic climate control, and more as detailed below. Modifications are limited to an aftermarket shift knob.The selling dealer reports that the timing belt and water pump were replaced in January 2022.Only produced for the 2005 and 2006 model years in North America, the 9-2X was a badge-engineered Subaru Impreza created to give Saab an entry into the premium small car segment. Linear models (later called 2.5i) were closely related to the Impreza, but the top-of-the-line Aero was a WRX with a Swedish makeover.Power comes from a 2.0-liter turbocharged flat-4, rated at 227 horsepower and 217 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to all four wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
