2000 Mazda MX-5 Miata LS, finished in Brilliant Black with a tan soft top and a tan interior. This NB Miata is equipped with the desirable 5-speed manual transmission. Factory equipment includes the LS Package, which adds 15-inch alloy wheels, a Torsen limited-slip differential, leather upholstery, cruise control, and more. Other features include 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, a manual-folding convertible top, a Nardi steering wheel, and air conditioning. Modifications reported by the seller include a JVC head unit, Kenwood speakers, a Moss Miata shorty antenna, a Robbins vinyl convertible top, and a TYC radiator. Mazda launched the 2nd-generation MX-5 Miata for the 1999 model year. Called "NB" internally, it received an updated design, a more powerful engine, and a bigger trunk, among other changes. It was easier to live with on a daily basis, but it lost none of its predecessor's agility. Mazda replaced the "NB" with the 3rd-generation "NC" model in 2006.Power for this Miata comes from a 1.8-liter 4-cylinder engine, rated at 140 horsepower and 119 lb-ft of torque.
