Finished in Java Black with an Alpaca Beige vinyl interior. Several modifications have been added to this Discovery for off-road use including an ARB front bumper that houses a Warn winch, Lucky8 rock sliders, a Tactical Rovers steel rear bumper, as well as a TerraFirma suspension lift and BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires.Service documentation is provided in the photo gallery and shows that this Discovery's head gasket was replaced in 2013. Its transfer case is said to have been replaced in 2018. Additional more recent service included a tune-up and cooling system work; some service documentation is provided in the photo gallery.The Discovery was revamped for the 2003 model year with Range Rover-style headlights, Duragrain vinyl upholstery, and a 4.6-liter V8 that offered more power than in prior years. For 2004, Land Rover finally fitted an in-cabin control to activate the locking center differential. Power comes from a 4.6-liter V8, which produces 217 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to all four wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission with sport mode and a full-time 2-speed transfer case.
