2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350, finished in Avalanche Gray with a red and black exterior wrap and a black interior. This Mustang's odometer displays about 13,900 miles. Extensively modified, this GT350 features a Speed Force Racing twin turbocharger kit, a 22-gallon stainless-steel auxiliary fuel tank, Injector Dynamics 1,300cc fuel injectors, a TiAL blow-off valve, a TREMEC Magnum XL 6-Speed manual transmission, 20-inch Litespeed Racing 3-piece carbon fiber and billet wheels, an Air Lift Performance 3P air suspension system, a 32-piece carbon fiber widebody kit from HCM Carbon, carbon fiber interior trim, an Anarchy Motive weighted shift knob, and a 4-point roll cage, among other aftermarket parts. More details about the modifications made to this car are provided below.Factory equipment includes Brembo brake calipers and a SYNC 3 infotainment system.The sixth-generation Ford Mustang (called "S550" internally) arrived for 2015 with a new independent rear suspension system and a wide range of variants, including four-, six- and eight-cylinder engines. Again offered as a coupe and as a convertible, it borrowed a handful of heritage-laced styling cues from its predecessors without wading into retro-styled territory.Ford and Shelby resurrected the vaunted GT350 nameplate on a more track-capable evolution of the "S550" Mustang for 2016. Positioned near the top of the range, the GT350 gained a naturally-aspirated V8 engine with a flat-plane crankshaft, a MagneRide suspension system, and a model-specific body kit, among several other upgrades. "S550" production continues in 2022 but the GT350 retired after 2020.Power comes from a 5.2-liter "Voodoo" V8, rated at 526 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque when left stock and naturally-aspirated. The modifications increase those figures to 1,033 and 798 at the wheels, respectively, according to a dyno sheet pictured in the gallery. The engine spins the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
