1970 International Scout 800A SUV Green 4WD Manual. With its unique design and history, it's a great addition to any collection. The vehicle has been well-maintained and is ready for its next owner. The exterior has been updated with a clean green IH paint color, new paint was done 16 months ago. Everything from interior, bumpers, chassis & undercarriage have recently been thoroughly cleaned with wire wheel, sanded and painted with an automotive paint. The bumpers, nerf bars, roll cage & KC lights really give this rig great classic look. All have been textured and painted black. Lift kit installed by previous owner. It’s a rough country lift, Rolling on 33” tires. Axles have aluminum “Scout” diff covers. The interior also has had a lot of updates done to it. Initially sprayed with Raptor bed liner then insulated with heat/sound deadening material on all the floors. We did custom carpet along with black door panels, custom side paneling in rear bed area to soften up the inside. Then finished the tops of the inner fenders with a dark stained Brazilian teak wood. Center counsel was added with matching cushion to match interior. Illumination lights installed with switch & door activated switches, 2 located in the rear and 2 in dash under light switch panel. The power train is still all original with V8 & manuel transmission. Been driving this rig on a regular bases for last year 1/2. This scout sounds really good and runs great. This rig is perfect for those who want to bring back a piece of history.
