For the 1993 model year, the "FZJ80" would be introduced with Toyota's new "1FZ-FE" engine. A major update for 1995 brought a new dash design with dual airbags and more convenient controls.Power comes from a 4.5-liter straight-6, rated at 212 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to all four wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission.
