2019 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport, finished in Torch Red with a black interior. A partial list of notable equipment includes the Grand Sport performance package, Magnetic Ride Control suspension system, Brembo brakes with red-painted brake calipers, removable roof panel, GT leather bucket seats, premium floor mats, and Apple Carplay and Android Auto among other standard and optional equipment. Modifications are limited to an aftermarket ACS level 3 front diffuser, rear spoiler, and side deflectors, stingray vinyl emblem on the hood, and vinyl decals on the fenders and sides of the car. Chevrolet launched the seventh-generation "C7" Corvette for the 2014 model year. It offered a more user-friendly interior, a sharper-looking exterior design, and, significantly, the then-new "LT1" small-block V8. Released for 2017, the Grand Sport was a track-bred model positioned near the middle of the range. It offered enthusiasts Z06-like wide body panels, a naturally-aspirated V8 shared with the Stingray, and performance upgrades like an electronic limited-slip differential.Power for this Grand Sport comes from a 6.2-liter V8, rated at 460 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
