Wider and lower than the standard C-Class, the C63 relied on AMG's naturally-aspirated V8 and a long list of chassis upgrades to lure enthusiasts out of BMW and Audi showrooms. Its subtle exterior design allowed it to fly under the radar.Power comes from a 6.2-liter "M156" V8, rated at 451 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque in stock configuration. The Eurocharged Stage 1 ECU tune is said to increase power output to 540 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque, but a dyno report was not provided to confirm. The engine spins the rear wheels via a 7-speed automatic transmission.
