1999 Land Rover Discovery II, finished in blue with a tan leather interior. This Discovery II has comprehensive service records that document a head gasket replacement, a brake master cylinder replacement, both rear sway bar links replaced, an exhaust manifold and Y-pipe replaced, and spark plugs with new spark plug wires replaced as well. Modifications include a Hannibal Safari rack imported from South Africa, interior ceiling and sides are Dyna-matted to help with sound insulation, an Atlantic British front bumper with copper tow hooks, and LED light bars and pods. The Discovery Series II is the last Land Rover model to utilize the underpinnings of the 1970 Range Rover. The Discovery II has a reported "720 differences" from Series I, according to Land Rover. The Series I and II only share rear door skins; every other exterior panel is altered.Power comes from the 4.0-liter V8, which produces 190 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission and a full-time 4-wheel drive system with a 2-speed transfer case.
