Factory equipment includes a Lotus-tuned suspension system, an RS Turbo-specific body kit, cloth upholstery, Recaro front seats, manual windows, and air conditioning. The only modification reported by the selling dealer is a set of 14-inch Enkei wheels.The second-generation Isuzu I-Mark went on sale for the 1985 model year. Designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro, it was developed primarily as a cheap, basic form of transportation that could be sold globally, but Isuzu saw an opportunity to turn the hatchback variant into an alternative to the Volkswagen GTI. Launched for 1987, the RS Turbo received a turbocharged engine and a sportier suspension system tuned by Lotus. Production ended after 1989.Power comes from a 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, rated at 110 horsepower and 120 lb-ft of torque. It spins the front wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
