2000 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS sedan, finished in Silverthorn Metallic with a gray cloth interior.Had the engine replaced with a reportedly JDM EJ203 2.5-liter flat-4 in November 2016, and around 57,000 miles have been added since. The corresponding service documentation is pictured in the gallery along with other services performed over the last five years.According to the window sticker in the photo gallery, this Subaru had an original MSRP of $21,187 when new. It came factory equipped with a trunk net, CD player, sport appearance tailpipe, 16-inch alloy wheels, and other features. Modifications outside of the engine are limited to yellow tint on the fog lights and the addition of a Kenwood CD head unit.Subaru used the 2.5RS with its firmer suspension and more powerful engine to lay the groundwork for the sportier WRX. The 2000 model year was fresh off a 1999 update with new styling up front and a sportier steering wheel and white-face gauges inside. Power comes from a 2.5-liter flat-4, and output is sent to all four wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission.
