2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP, finished in Aggressive Red with a black soft top and an Ebony interior. The odometer on this Solstice reads approximately 40,200 miles. A window sticker is provided in the gallery, and a partial list of notable equipment includes 18-inch wheels, Bilstein shocks, a limited slip differential, a rear spoiler, remote keyless entry, and a premium 7-speaker Monsoon audio system.Modifications to this GXP include an RPM Motorsports Stage 2 tune, which adds an upgraded charge pipe, cold air intake, increased boost, and removal of the speed limiter.Years after the Firebird's departure left GM's performance division without a performance car, the Solstice landed in Pontiac showrooms looking like every inch of the concept originally shown in 2002. Even better, with GM's rear-drive Kappa platform and turbo power in GXP trim, the Solstice actually had the driving characteristics to back up the droptop's arresting shape. Production ended with the end of the Pontiac brand after a short 2010 model year run.Power comes from a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine, which produces 260 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque at the crank in stock form. According to RPM Motorsports, the Stage 2 kit on this GXP increases these figures to 285 horsepower and 335 lb-ft of torque at the wheels, but a dyno sheet was not provided to confirm. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed automatic transmission.
