1999 Toyota Land Cruiser, finished in Champagne Pearl with a Chateau interior. Factory equipment includes locking center and rear differentials, running boards, heated and power-adjustable front seats, and folding third-row seats. This SUV's build sheet is shown in the gallery.Modifications reported by the seller are limited to tinted windows and a Kenwood CD player. The seller also states that the factory-fitted torsion bars have been raised by about an inch.Toyota launched the 100-Series Land Cruiser for 1998 as a replacement for the 80-Series model. While the design changes were largely evolutionary, the 100 was the first Land Cruiser available with a V8 engine and it gained an independent front suspension system for the first time. Changes to the steering system were made as well. All told, it offered a smoother ride, more power, and a more luxurious cabin than its predecessor but it remained just as capable off the beaten path. Production ended in 2007.Power comes from a 4.7-liter V8 engine, rated at 230 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque. Called "2UZ-FE" internally, it spins the four wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission and a 2-speed transfer case.
