Introduced for 2016, the rear-wheel-drive ATS-V was Cadillac's unexpected answer to the BMW M3 and M4 duo. It built on the standard ATS with a punchy twin-turbocharged V6, a completely redesigned suspension system, and an array of model-specific visual tweaks. It was offered as a coupe and as a sedan, and production ended after the 2019 model year. Cadillac built 1,496 units of the ATS-V sedan for 2016. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter V6, which produces 464 horsepower and 445 lb-ft of torque. It spins the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
