2006 Pontiac GTO, finished in Torrid Red with a red and black leather interior. The original window sticker included in the gallery notes this GTO is equipped with leather upholstery, power-operated front seats, air conditioning, and a 10-speaker sound system, among other features. This GTO has received some modifications, including a set of 17-inch Drag wheels, a suspension system rebuilt with aftermarket components, and a K&N air filter.The fifth and final generation of the GTO was a captive import of the Australian Holden Monaro. It's a true muscle car with V8 power, rear-wheel drive, and subtle sleeper styling.2006 is a desirable model year because the GTO gained an LS2 engine, revised taillights, and minor interior updates like faster power seat motors and illuminated steering wheel controls. It was also the GTO's last model year on the American market.Pontiac sold about 40,757 units of the GTO between the 2004 and 2006 model years, according to period press releases. 13,948 of those were 2006 models.This GTO is powered by an "LS2" 6.0-liter V8, which produces 400 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. It spins the rear wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.
