Description del vehiculo

1985 Mercedes-Benz 230E, finished in Barolo Red with a Light Brown interior. This sedan was reportedly sold new in Saudi Arabia and federalized in 1987. Factory equipment includes 14-inch wheels, a sunroof, cloth upholstery, a power-adjustable passenger-side door mirror, power-operated front and rear windows, and air conditioning. This 230E's build sheet is pictured in the gallery, and the only modifications reported by the seller are the DOT and EPA conversions.Mercedes-Benz introduced the W123 sedan for the 1977 model year and quickly dropped the gasoline-burning models to focus on the more popular diesel-powered variants -- the fuel-injected 230E variant was never officially sold in the United States. The American range included the 240D, which received a 4-cylinder diesel engine, and the 300D, which offered an extra cylinder (and, later, a turbo). Sales ended after the 1985 model year, when the W123 was replaced by the W124 which became the first E-Class.Power comes from a 2.3-liter 4-cylinder engine, rated at 134 horsepower and 151 lb-ft of torque. Called "M102" internally, it spins the rear wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission.
