Built for discerning millionaires, the long-wheelbase S65 offered an immensely powerful V12 engine, remarkably sharp handling considering its size, and all of the luxury features buyers expected from a car with the Mercedes-Benz emblem on the hood. Production of the W221 ended in 2013.Power comes from a 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged V12, rated at 604 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque when left stock. The tune might increase those figures but a dyno sheet is not available. Called M275 internally, the engine spins the rear wheels via a 5-speed automatic transmission.
