1990 Porsche 944 S2 Cabriolet, finished in Guards Red with a black soft top and a black leather interior. This 944 is equipped with the desirable 5-speed manual transmission. Factory equipment includes 16-inch alloy wheels, a power retractable top, pop-up headlights, leather upholstery, partial power seat adjustment, dual airbags, and air conditioning, among other standard and optional equipment.Modifications are limited to an Eclipse head unit with a 6-CD Changer, MB Quart 6.5-inch front speakers with 1-inch tweeters, 3x3 rear speakers, a Zapco 350W stereo amplifier with a separate amp for the rear speakers, and Rennline metal glove box stops.Porsche launched the 944 for the 1983 model year and positioned it as its entry-level model for most of the 1980s. It gradually expanded the range with a mid-level 944 S and a flagship Turbo model. Production ended after the 1991 model year, and 562 S2 Cabriolets were assembled for the U.S. market. Power comes from a 3.0-liter inline-4, rated at 208 horsepower and 207 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
