2005 Ford Ranger XLT Supercab 4x4, finished in black with a Medium Dark Flint cloth interior. The odometer currently displays approximately 56,300 miles.Unmodified, this Ranger is a Supercab with the available dual-facing rear jump seats accessed via rear half-doors. It also features part-time 4-wheel-drive system that includes a high and low range, selectable via a dial on the dashboard.The XLT was one up from the base XL trim level, and its added equipment included a tilt steering wheel, a CD stereo system, full carpeting, a rear step bumper, tubular step bars, a sliding rear window, fog lights, and 16-inch alloy wheels.The third-generation Ford Ranger compact pickup was introduced in 1998 and remained in production until 2011. The 2005 model benefitted from updates to the brakes, suspension, and front bench seat. The Ranger was sold in regular cab and Supercab body styles with a 6- or a 7-foot bed. A 2.3-liter 4-cylinder, 3.0-liter V6, and 4.0-liter V6 were the available powerplant options at the time.Power comes from an SOHC 4.0-liter V6, which produces 207 horsepower and 238 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels or all four wheels via a 5-speed automatic transmission and a 4-wheel-drive system.
