2001 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra, finished in silver with a black interior. This Cobra is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes an independent rear suspension, a stainless steel dual exhaust system, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, power windows and locks, and air conditioning. A partial list of modifications reported by the seller include an SCT tuning program for 93 octane fuel, a JLT Performance cold air intake with intake filter wrap, JLT Performance oil separators, a Steeda short-throw shift kit, Bilstein suspension components, Kenny Brown strut and shock tower braces and sway bars, 18-inch Mustang Bullitt-style wheels with Nitto Extreme NT555 tires, and Corbeau sport seats. The high-performance SVT Cobra variant of the "SN95" Mustang was freshened in 1999 with updates including revised "New Edge" styling along with the rest of the Mustang lineup, rear independent suspension, and a 15-horsepower boost compared to the 1998 SVT Cobra. Another update in 2001 included an engine redesign. Sources report that 3,867 SVT Cobra coupes were produced, and only 556 of them wore silver. Power comes from a "Modular" 4.6-liter DOHC V8, rated at 320 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque in stock form. This engine may be making more power as a result of the modifications, but a verifying dyno sheet is not inlcuded. Output is shuttled to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission.
