On top of a muscular naturally-aspirated V10 engine, the differences that set it apart from the standard 5 Series included flared fenders with cooling vents, quad exhaust tips, and a wider track. It was the final M5 to be naturally aspirated, the only one fitted with a 10-cylinder engine, and it remains a favorite among enthusiasts.Power for this E60 comes from an "S85" 5.0-liter V10, rated at 500 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque. This engine may be making more power as a result of the modifications, though a dyno sheet is not included. The engine spins the rear wheels via a 7-speed SMG-III automatic transmission.
