Modifications reported by the seller include 18-inch wheels from a 964-generation 911 Turbo, headlight wings and ducts from a 993-generation 911, fender flares, a Clubsport steering wheel, and an Alpine ILX-007 touchscreen. Porsche released the 968 for 1992 as an evolution of the 944, which traced its roots to the 924. Offered as a coupe and as a convertible, it fell in line with the rest of the Porsche range thanks to round pop-up headlights, and it gained a new 4-cylinder engine fitted with twin balance shafts. Production ended in 1995 after about 4,665 units were sold in America.Power for this 968 comes from a 3.0-liter 4-cylinder engine, rated at 236 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque.
