1977 Airstream Argosy – 454 V8 – Automatic – Very Rare – 20ft Motorhome. They were only produced from 1974 to 1978 and were Airstream’s first venture into the motorhome market. They were called the painted Airstreams but are identical to the polished model trailers and RVs with their all aluminum, aircraft quality construction (except for the steel end caps on the roof} that is the best around. You never have to worry about roof leaks like on normal campers.The Argosy runs and drives well. It is very smooth and strong. The odometer shows around 90k miles but the engine was rebuilt and has much fewer. All six tires are newer and have low miles. Alcoa look wheel liners.
