2006 Acura RSX Type-S, finished Magnesium Metallic with a black interior. This RSX features a 6-speed manual transmission, and the odometer currently shows approximately 15,100 miles. Modifications to this Type-S are extensive, and the full list is detailed below. include a PeakBoost turbo kit with a Garrett GT35R turbocharger, an RBC intake manifold, a GReddy SP2 exhaust system, a Competition Clutch Stage 4 clutch and ultra-lightweight flywheel, 17-inch A-Spec gunmetal wheels, a Buddy Club N+ SPEC DAMPER suspension system, and A-Spec exterior modifications.A partial list of notable equipment includes a power sunroof, leather upholstery, front sport seats, a 7-speaker Bose sound system, and automatic climate control. The RSX replaced the Integra for the 2002 model year in the US with similar dimensions but revised styling inside and out, more power from new K-Series 4-cylinder engines, and a strut-type front suspension. The Type-S built upon the base model with a stiffened suspension and a sportier version of the 4-cylinder, plus an exclusive 6-speed manual transmission.Power comes from a 2.0-liter " K20Z1" inline-4 engine, rated at 201 horsepower and 140 lb-ft of torque in stock form. A dyno sheet shown in the gallery indicates that this K20Z1 produced about 380 horsepower and 249 lb-ft of torque to the front wheels when running on 93-octane fuel and with boost pressure set to 12psi. Output is sent to the front wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
