2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK55 AMG, finished in Designo Havanna with a black soft top and a Designo Silk leather interior. This CLK55 was special-ordered in this rare color combination from the factory. Unmodified except for 19-inch wheels, this CLK is equipped with bi-xenon headlights, a power-operated top, wood interior trim, and heated front seats, among other features.Although service records are not available, the selling dealer states that the engine oil, the engine oil filter, plus the front and rear brake pads were changed at 75,800 miles in October 2020. The Vehicle Master Inquiry (VMI) and the Carfax reports shown in the gallery detail most of the maintenance and repairs performed on this CLK since new.Mercedes-Benz introduced the second-generation CLK for the 2003 model year. It was based on the W203-generation C-Class, but its exterior styling brought it in line with the bigger E-Class. AMG's fire-breathing 55 model arrived a little bit later with a V8 engine and a much more muscular design. It was replaced by the "63" for 2007, and CLK sales ended after the 2009 model year. Its spot in the range was filled by the two-door E-Class.Power for this CLK55 comes from a 5.4-liter V8, which produces 362 horsepower and 376 lb-ft of torque. Built by hand, it spins the rear wheels via a 5-speed automatic transmission that's linked to steering-wheel-mounted shift paddles.
