2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4x4, finished in Inca Gold Pearl Coat with a black hardtop and a gray interior. This Rubicon is equipped with the desirable 5-speed manual transmission. Factory equipment includes 16-inch alloy wheels, a hardtop, skid plates, fog lights, full metal doors, cloth upholstery, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, air conditioning, and cruise control.The "TJ" generation of the Wrangler is the first available with the Rubicon package, named for the Rubicon Trail in the Sierra Nevada mountains. This package included "Rubicon" badging on the sides of the hood, diamond plate rocker panels, front and rear locking Dana 44 axles, and the Rock-Trac 4:1 transfer case for enhanced rock crawling ability. The TJ saw the first appearance of round headlights on a Wrangler. It also featured a more road-friendly suspension system with spring coils instead of leaf springs but lost none of its predecessor's famed off-road capability. Sources indicate approximately 212 Wranglers were produced in Inca Gold, and the color was reportedly only offered for the 2003 model year.Power comes from a 4.0-liter straight-6, rated at 190 horsepower and 235 lb-ft of torque. Known for its longevity, the engine spins the rear or all 4 wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission, a part-time 4-wheel-drive system, and a 2-speed transfer case.
