2008 BMW M6, finished in Black Sapphire with a black Merino leather interior. The odometer currently displays approximately 25,200 miles. BMW resurrected the dormant M6 nameplate on the high-performance variant of the second-generation 6 Series released for the 2006 model year. Called "E63" (coupe) and "E64" (convertible) internally, the model features a high-revving V10 engine and sport-tuned suspension shared with the "E60" M5. It wears a reasonably subtle design that allows it to fly under the radar, and its generous dimensions give it the ability to seat four passengers in relative comfort.Power comes from an "S85" 5.0-liter V10, rated at 500 horsepower and 384 lb-ft of torque. Dinan claims its Stage 3 engine tune increases those figures up to 521 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque while raising the factory rev-limiter to 8,400 rpm and removing the top speed governor. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 7-speed Sequential Manual Gearbox (SMG III) transmission.
