1989 Toyota MR2 Supercharged, finished in Ice Blue Pearl Metallic with a blue interior. This MR2 is equipped with the desirable 5-speed manual transmission. Factory equipment on this MR2 includes pop-up headlights, removable roof panels, a rear spoiler, air conditioning, power windows, locks, and mirrors, and cruise control, among other standard equipment. Modifications include 15-inch Enkei wheels, BC Racing BR Series adjustable coilover suspension, a Techno Toy Tuning test pipe, an HKS supercharger overdrive crank pulley, and more detailed below. Toyota's first-generation MR2 arrived in America in 1985 as an alternative to the Bertone X1/9. Small, nimble to drive thanks in part to its mid-mounted engine, and reasonably affordable, the "Mister Two" was immediately well received by enthusiasts; the fact that it offered Toyota reliability was the cherry on top. 1988 brought a supercharged engine that gave the MR2 a welcome boost in power, and production ended the following year.Power comes from a 1.6-liter supercharged 4-cylinder engine, rated at 145 horsepower and 140 lb-ft of torque.
