1992 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 Notchback, finished in Autumn Orange with a black interior. This Mustang has been fully prepped for track use and is equipped with a 351ci (5.8-liter) Windsor V8 block that's been bored and stroked to 418ci (6.8 liters).The seller purchased this LX as a shell in 1999, and spent several years building it. He adds the car has seen extensive track time since being completed, and a spreadsheet of its performances will be included.Other reported modifications include custom pistons, AFR heads, a Victor EFI intake, an MSD ignition system, an EEC Tuning chip, a fully welded exhaust system, a 4-speed 4R70W automatic transmission with "Jerry W" valve body mods, a Stallion torque converter, a fully-welded exhaust system, 31-inch splined Moser axles, a Detroit locker, TeamZ front coilovers, Strange adjustable shocks and struts, a Flaming River manual steering kit, an 8-point roll bar with Griggs Racing through-floor subframe connectors, and 15-inch, staggered-width Centerline alloy wheels. The full list is detailed below. This Fox body was featured on the cover of the September 2004 issue of Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords, and the magazine will be included in the sale. The seller reports this highly-modified Windsor V8 produces roughly 575 horsepower, but a dyno sheet was not provided to confirm. Output is sent to the rear wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission.
