2016 BMW M3, finished in Austin Yellow Metallic with a black interior. Equipment includes the Executive and Lighting Packages, 19-inch wheels, an M Performance exhaust, M carbon ceramic brakes, an adaptive M suspension system, carbon fiber interior trim, heated front and rear seats, shift paddles, a Harman Kardon surround sound system, a navigation system, plus side- and top-view cameras, among other features. A 3M ceramic window tint is the sole modification. After the high-revving V8 of the prior generation, the F80 M3's return to an inline-6 was a breath of recirculated, torque-filled air. The twin-turbo S55 engine is rated at only 9 more horsepower than the E90's V8, but trading two cylinders for turbochargers raises torque by a meaty 111 lb-ft. It wore a muscular-looking exterior design and M added a carbon fiber roof panel to keep weight in check. Production ended in 2018.Power comes from the "S55" 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged inline-6 engine, which is rated at 425 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
