Finished in Renaissance Red with a tan leather interior. It was one of the most expensive Lexus models when it was new.Service records included in the gallery show that the tires, the rear struts, and the rear brake pads are among the parts replaced on this SC in January 2021.Lexus released the first-generation SC for the 1992 model year. It was marketed as a two-door alternative to the LS, but simply chopping off a pair of doors was out of the question. Stylists gave the SC a sleek, elegant design perfectly aligned with the aesthetic trends of the 1990s, while engineers developed multi-piece door hinges that were as complex as they were fascinating. Production ended in 2000 after Lexus made 82,538 units.Power for this SC 400 comes from a 4.0-liter V8, which produces 250 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. It spins the rear wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission.
