Product Details

2000 Cadillac DeVille DTSi, finished in silver with a gray interior. This Cadillac is part of the Petersen Automotive Museum's collection, and its odometer displays about 13,400 miles. The list of aftermarket parts installed during the build includes higher-compression pistons, stainless-steel headers, a Corsa Performance exhaust system, 18-inch Konig wheels, a 30-millimeter front roll bar, plus an aluminum grille, carbon fiber side skirts, and a trunk lid insert designed by Tim Allen Design. More details about the modifications performed to this Cadillac are provided below.Factory equipment includes a sunroof, wood interior trim, heated and power-adjustable front seats, heated rear seats, a power-adjustable steering column, Night Vision technology, and a head-up display.Cadillac released the eighth and final generation of the DeVille for the 2000 model year. The sedan was shorter, narrower, and more streamlined than its predecessor (though its wheelbase gained nearly two inches), and it offered a longer list of available features including Night Vision and rear parking sensors. Offered at launch, the DeVille Touring Sedan (DTS) trim was positioned as the performance-oriented member of the range. Production ended in 2005, and the DeVille was replaced by the DTS for 2006.Power comes from a 4.6-liter "Northstar" V8, rated at 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque when left stock. The seller states that the modifications increase horsepower to 398, but a dyno sheet is not available. The engine spins the front wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission.
