Product Details

1997 Geo Tracker, finished in red with a black hardtop and a gray interior. This Tracker is owned by actor and comedian Marvin Lee; it's also equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission and was recently given a cosmetic refurbishment. Equipment includes 15-inch wheels, a removable roof panel, a removable hardtop, manual windows, dual front airbags, air conditioning, an AM/FM/cassette radio, and more as detailed below. Modifications reported by the seller include black-painted wheels with red lug nuts, custom red interior trim, window rain guards, aftermarket brake rotors, and red-painted brake calipers.Developed jointly by General Motors and Suzuki, the first-generation Tracker launched for 1989 and was nimble and surprisingly capable off-road. It was designed as a true global car and it was consequently available in many different configurations. Geo sold the model in America until General Motors phased out the brand in 1998. The original Tracker then briefly joined the Chevrolet range before passing the torch to the second-generation model. 1997 was the final year for the old-school, ladder frame construction that gave these trucks their sturdy reputation. Power comes from a 1.6-liter inline-4, rated at 95 horsepower and 98 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission.
