Inspired by the original Mini wagon, it was unusual in its segment because it offered users a rear-hinged half door on the passenger side and a pair of rear barn doors. 2009 brought the John Cooper Works-badged model which slotted at the top of the range with a more powerful engine, a tighter suspension, and a model-specific appearance inside and out.Power comes from a turbocharged 1.6-liter inline-4, rated at 208 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque in stock form. Due to the modifications, this Mini may make more power than stock, however a dyno reading is not provided. Output is directed to the front wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission.
