1978 Ford Mustang. This Black Beauty has been transformed from a Ghia V6 4 spd car into what you see now a fire breathing stallion. The body is totally rust free, straight and gorgeous with it's slick 2 stage professional black paint job. Excellent glass and body trim. The deluxe beige interior is original and in mint condition, sound proofing and new carpeting has been added. The steering wheel is the rare real leather one not the thinner vinyl that's more common in these cars. The chassis is super clean with no gobs of undercoating to hide any sins. Performance shocks, front and rear sway bars, traction bars a Flaming River rack and pinon brand new Magnum 400 wheels and BF Goodrich T/A's make this Mustang ride and handle great. The transmission is a Tremac 5 spd. with a Centerforce clutch. An Auburn LTD Slip Differential with 3:55 gears and stainless steel exhaust system, new fuel tank and lines completes the chassis. The engine is a balanced & blueprinted 1971 302 / 375 hp built with only the best performance parts. Keith Black, Crane, Hedman, Edelbrock and MDS ignition and starter to name a few. This Mustang is equipped with an oversize aluminum radiator, twin fans a Nascar type electric water pump and a functional hood scoop to keep everything cool.
