This diesel-powered luxury SUV comes equipped with 19-inch wheels, heated front seats, a Harman-Kardon sound system and a panoramic sunroof, as well as modern safety features like blind spot and collision prevention assist. Now known as the GLE-Class, the ML was Mercedes-Benz’s first mainstream SUV when it launched in 1998. The third-generation “W166” was introduced for the 2012 model year with a new design and more driver-assist features than its predecessor.Power comes from a 3.0-liter “OM642” turbodiesel V6, rated at 240 horsepower and 455 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to all four wheels via a 7-speed automatic transmission.
