Product Details

1999 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible, finished in Gold Firemist with a beige soft top and a Camel interior. This convertible's odometer displays about 59,500 miles. Coach Builders Limited reportedly turned this Eldorado into a convertible by cutting off the fixed roof and fitting a power-operated soft top. Other modifications reported by the seller include 16-inch Dayton wire wheels, a rear spoiler, tinted rear lights, and a Pioneer touchscreen head unit. The Monroney label pictured in the gallery notes that this Eldorado cost $43,129 new, excluding the cost of the convertible conversion. Factory equipment includes the Comfort and Convenience Package, the electronic level control system, fog lights, and wood interior trim.Cadillac launched the 12th and final generation of the Eldorado for 1992. The coupe was wider, taller, and nearly 11 inches longer than its predecessor and its exterior design shared styling cues with the Seville sedan also released for 1992. 1993 brought the Northstar V8 engine, and Cadillac consigned the 50-year old Eldorado nameplate to the automotive attic when production of the 12th-generation car ended in 2002.Power comes from a 4.6-liter "Northstar" V8, rated at 275 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque. It spins the front wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission.
