1951 Hudson Pacemaker Club Coupe. The Hudson Motor Car Company was known for producing durable, well engineered but conservatively styled automobiles. That reputation was to be forever changed on December 7th, 1947 when Hudson introduced their new 1948 models in nationwide showings.This car is a Beautifully preserved car that will drive to any destination. You could start driving this car every day. It runs and drives like a Hudson Racecar. This car makes great power from the 339 Cubic inch Inline Six Hornet 7X NASCAR Racing Engine with Twin H Power and cast iron header dual exhaust routed through a Flowmaster dual muffler! 7X The engine is overbored to 4” and an Iskenderian 1021 grind camshaft gives a rough snorting idle and Great POWER! The cylinder head sports a tag that reads “Use Premium Fuel only!” Recently, the head was milled, a fresh headgasket installed and a valve adjustment performed. The engine and trans were removed and replaced to correct an oil leak and install a NOS flywheel ringgear and starter drive. There is an MSD Multiple Spark Ignition system installed. The fresh Heavy Duty clutch from Wildrick Restoration is smooth and the gearboxes are silent. All of the lights and Gauges work.
