1995 Chevrolet Impala SS, finished in Dark Cherry Metallic with a gray interior. According to the window sticker pictured in the photo gallery, factory equipment on this Impala SS includes 17-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels, a limited-slip differential, leather upholstery, power-adjustable front sport bucket seats, air conditioning, cruise control, and more as detailed below. Modifications are limited to side window wind/rain deflectors and a LoJack system that was installed in 1999. Sold between the 1994 and 1996 model years, the Impala SS was based on the B-Body Caprice but it gained a Corvette-derived V8 and numerous performance upgrades. It notably received a sport-tuned suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, a dual exhaust system, a transmission cooler, and a high-capacity reverse-flow cooling system, among other features. It was the last rear-wheel-drive V8-powered Chevrolet sedan until the Holden-built SS was introduced for the 2014 model year.Power comes from a 5.7-liter V8, which produces 260 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque. It spins the rear wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.
