2014 Backdraft Racing Roadster, finished in Tuxedo Black with a black interior. Street-legal and titled as a 1965 Backdraft Racing Cobra in Montana, this is a replica of the Shelby Cobra that was developed and built by Florida-based Backdraft Racing.This convertible's odometer displays about 1,700 miles. Factory equipment includes 18-inch wheels, a Le Mans-style fuel cap, leather upholstery, Simpson Performance Products harnesses, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and roll hoops.Backdraft Racing was founded in 2001 to build replicas of the Shelby Cobra. Its cars are highly customizable so buyers can choose from a long list of options that includes different paint colors, trim finishes, and interior materials, and they're delivered without an engine. The company's line-up consists of two models called the RT4 Classic Edition and the RT4B Black Edition, respectively, in 2022.Power comes from a Ford-sourced 5.0-liter "Coyote" V8, rated at 413 horsepower and 386 lb-ft of torque according to a dyno sheet pictured in the gallery. It spins the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
