Product Details

1985 Pontiac Fiero SE, finished in Light Gray Metallic with a gray interior. The odometer reads approximately 61,700 miles. Equipment includes 13-inch wheels, 4-wheel disc brakes, air conditioning, reclining sport bucket seats with headrest speakers, a Formula steering wheel, map lamps, and a cigarette lighter. Modifications reported by the seller are limited to an aftermarket audio system and twin black racing stripes.Decades before the C8 Corvette, GM first brought mid-engined performance to the masses with the Fiero. Produced for the 1984 through the 1988 model years as a commuter's fuel-efficient alternative to the Corvette. The car was an instant smash, landing on Car and Driver's "10 Best" list and serving as the pace car for the Indianapolis 500 in 1984. The Fiero's star burned bright and fast, and despite outselling chief rival Toyota MR2 two-to-one, the project was abandoned after just 4 years.Power comes from a mid-mounted 2.5-liter inline-4, rated at 94 horsepower and 134 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels through a 3-speed automatic transmission.
