2004 Ford Focus Saleen N2O, finished in red with a black interior. This Focus is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission, and the odometer indicates roughly 23,300 miles. Saleen modifications include 17-inch TSW Revo wheels (removed but included), a Saleen Racecraft System suspension, upgraded brakes, an aero kit, a 75-hp wet nitrous oxide system with a trunk-mounted bottle, a center exit exhaust system, and more as detailed below. Seller modifications include an aftermarket clutch, 17-inch Enkei GTC01 wheels, and 2005 Saleen N2O decals. The Focus Saleen N2O is Saleen's "Fast and Furious" take on a Ford Focus. Each Saleen N2O started out as a base Focus equipped with a 5-speed manual that was delivered from the Ford factory to Saleen's dedicated assembly plant in Irvine, California. After the previously mentioned modifications were added, and with the nitrous oxide system hooked up, the car could reportedly sprint from a standstill to 60 mph in 6 seconds, and run a 14-second flat quarter mile. Though period testing from mainstream press resulted in slightly higher recorded times for both the 0-60 and quarter mile tests. Power comes from a 2.3-liter inline-4, rated at 152 horsepower and 155 lb-ft of torque. With the additional 75-horsepower nitrous oxide shot, this Focus can make roughly 227 horsepower and 226 lb-ft of torque, though the system is not hooked up and the bottle is empty. Output is sent to the front wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission.
