1992 Suzuki Carry Truck, finished in Superior White with a gray interior. This Suzuki is a Japanese-spec, right-hand-drive truck. It was reportedly imported from Japan in December 2020.Factory equipment includes a locking differential and rear axle, cloth upholstery, manual windows, and air conditioning. Modifications reported by the seller are limited to Japanese lettering on the doors.Service documentation in the gallery indicates that this Suzuki had its timing belt, water pump, tensioner, and cam seals replaced in August 2022 at 43,132 kilometers (approximately 26,801 miles).Suzuki introduced the Carry commercial kei truck/van platform in October 1961. The first generation was considered a semi-cabover design due to the small hood on the front of the trucklet. By the time the ninth-generation model arrived in Japan in 1991 the Carry had lost its hood but had gained a reputation as a dependable workhorse. Throughout the ninth generation, two fascias were offered, the rounded headlights denoted cheaper trucks while the rectangular headlights indicated a more well-appointed truck.Power comes from a 657cc "F6A" 3-cylinder engine, rated at approximately 42 horsepower and 42 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to either the rear or all four wheels via a 4-speed manual transmission and a selectable 4-wheel-drive system with a 2-speed transfer case.
