The only reported modification is a Kenwood KDC-148 radio.The "UN46" first-generation Ford Explorer made its debut in 1991 as the replacement for the Bronco II, and it was a smash hit, transforming the American car landscape forever. It was offered in 4-door and 2-door body styles along with a manual or automatic transmission. Two and four-wheel drive configurations were also available.Power comes from a 4.0-liter V6, rated at 160 horsepower and 220 lb-ft of torque. Output is directed to the rear wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission.
