2003 Ford E-450 Born Free Motorhome, finished in white with a gray interior. This Ford is equipped with the desirable 7.3-liter Powerstroke turbodiesel V8 engine. This E-450 was reportedly converted by Iowa-based Born Free Motorcoach, and some of its notable features include emergency exterior lighting and a siren, custom cloth upholstery, seating for three, sleeping arrangements for two, simulated roof A/C units, a rear A/C unit, storage cabinetry, and an ARB air locking rear differential.Factory equipment includes 16-inch wheels, a locking rear differential, power windows and locks, air conditioning, cruise control, and an AM/FM/CD stereo.The fourth-generation Econoline was introduced for the 1992 model year and was renamed the "E-Series" in 1999.
