Product Details

2018 Exomotive Exocet, finished in bronze with a black interior. This Exocet is a kit car the seller reportedly built in 2018 using a 2001 Mazda MX-5 Miata as a donor vehicle. It's assembled around a powder-coated metal frame, and it features a Track Dog Racing MP62 supercharger, Flyin' Miata V-Maxx coilovers, a Plexiglas windshield, a rear wing from a NASCAR Car of Tomorrow car, and Tillett carbon fiber racing seats with Corbeau harnesses, among other equipment. The odometer displays around 83,200 miles, so approximately 3,200 miles have been added since the project's completion. Keeping the Mazda drivetrain and electrical system and replacing the rest with an Exomotive parts makes a roadster that's about 800 pounds lighter than a Miata and equally at home on the road and on the track. Power for this Exocet comes from a Miata-sourced 1.8-liter supercharged 4-cylinder engine, rated at 142 horsepower and 125 lb-ft of torque when left stock and naturally aspirated. The supercharger likely increases those figures, but a dyno sheet is not available. It spins the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission that also comes from a Miata.
