The Audi RS Q8 is Audi's first foray into the "Super" SUV market, built to compete with the BMW X5M, the Mercedes-AMG G63, and the like. It is manufactured on the same underpinnings as the Lamborghini Urus, with the same albeit slightly de-tuned twin-turbocharged V8 mild-hybrid engine. The RS Q8 can sprint to 60-mph in under 3.8 seconds, a staggering figure considering its almost 5,500 lb. curb weight. Power comes from a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 and a 48-volt hybrid system, which combine to produce 591 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. Output is directed to all 4 wheels through an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission and Audi's Quattro full-time all-wheel-drive system.
