1991 Porsche 944 S2 Cabriolet, finished in white with a blue top and leather interior. Factory equipment includes a power convertible top — which has been replaced and features a matching boot — as well as 16-inch alloy wheels wearing Bridgestone tires, leather upholstery, and dual airbags. The car is largely unmodified aside from an Alpine head unit, an aftermarket CD holder, and an aftermarket steering wheel rim cover. Porsche launched the 944 for the 1983 model year and positioned it as its entry-level model for most of the 1980s. It gradually expanded the range with a mid-level 944 S and a flagship Turbo model. Production ended after the 1991 model year, and 562 S2 Cabriolets were assembled for the U.S. market. The 944 S2 was introduced in 1989 with a DOHC version of the 3.0-liter inline-4, which produces 208 horsepower and 207 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual gearbox.
