1994 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1, finished in red with a black leather interior. The odometer on this Corvette shows roughly 43,900 miles. Factory equipment on this Corvette includes selectable Ride Control (sport, touring, and performance modes), the Bose sound system, removable T-Top roof panels, and leather sport seats with power-adjustable lumbar support.This Corvette ZR-1 has been modified with aftermarket mufflers and removable taillight covers.The original Corvette ZR-1 based on the C4 was codenamed "King of the Hill" while it was in development. Developed with Lotus under GM's ownership, the ZR-1 was positioned to compete with more expensive supercars from the likes of Ferrari and Lamborghini. It was a successful experiment with unanimous praise from the automotive press of the period as one of the best American sports cars to date.Power for this ZR-1 comes from "LT5" 5.7-liter DOHC 32-valve V8 engine, rated at 405 horsepower and 385 lb-ft of torque. It powers the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
