Product Details

2004 Ford Excursion Eddie Bauer 4x4, finished in Toreador Red Metallic and Arizona Beige with a Medium and Dark Parchment interior. A window sticker is provided in the photo gallery showing a sale price of $38,495 when it was sold to the current owner in 2006. A partial list of notable equipment includes the Eddie Bauer Premier Group, a rear entertainment system, two-tone leather upholstery, and running boards.Modifications to this Excursion include a BulletProof oil cooler relocation kit, an aftermarket trailer brake controller, a Sinister Diesel coolant filtration system, and a Baldwin Challen Flow air filter.Released for 2000, the Excursion still stands proud as the only series-produced SUV that manages to make a Chevrolet Suburban look a little small-boned. It was based on the F-250 Super Duty pickup, as its front end suggested, so it could comfortably carry eight passengers and their gear while towing a Tahoe to Lake Tahoe. Production ended after the 2005 model year, and the nameplate hasn't been resurrected.Power comes from a "Power Stroke" 6.0-liter turbodiesel V8, rated at 325 horsepower and 560 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear or all four wheels via a 5-speed automatic transmission.
